I’m Armando Arriola, a REALTOR® with Arriola Realty, proudly serving the Bay Area. Real estate has been part of my life since my step-mom, now my broker, came into my life years ago. She encouraged me to join her at appointments, and it didn’t take long for me to fall in love with the idea of helping people achieve their homeownership dreams.

At 18 years old, I bring fresh energy, strong social media skills, and a determination to build a thriving business now — so it’s running at full speed for years to come. I combine the latest marketing strategies with hands-on client care to make every step of the buying or selling process clear, smooth, and successful.

I have the drive to get my business going as a new young agent, but also the advantage of learning directly from my step-mom — my broker — who’s passing on over 28 years of real estate experience. She’s been taking me on appointments for years, teaching me not just how real estate works, but how to approach it with the right mindset.

Getting my license at 18 took focus, discipline, and a lot of late nights studying — the same tenacity I’ll bring to helping my clients find the right home or sell for top dollar.
